Istvan Vigh and I started our property journeys by utilizing high cash flowing strategies such as Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and Serviced Accommodation (SA,) initially acquiring their properties using the Rent to Rent model. Having experienced we both steeped learning curves and quick successes, which also helped us to build up a substantial portfolio of HMO’s and SA’s. Furthermore, we’ve moved into other strategies such as ‘BRR’ and attracted many investors along the way.
